Danny, I am hovering in the 22's right now and have been for 6 months. I've had a few setbacks from tendon strains to a pulled hamstring, but I'm working on it. I am incorporating other workouts into my routine to bring up my overall strength and lessen my load (lose some pounds). I will get there. I know I can do it. I've broken 20 minutes before, but that was in my pre-30's days. Heck that was in my pre-20's days. My PR is 17:02, but haven't come even close since I took up running again. Patience and determination will win out.
